Join Us May 14 to Discuss "Long Term Effects: What Happens After Treatment?"
Dr. Diane Puccetti, Sharon Frierdich, CPNP, and Peggy Possin, RN, Nurse Clinician with the Caring for Life Clinic will discuss long term effect, what happens after treatment?
These sessions will address issues and topics that help families deal with the overall treatment and care process, and provide forums that will help the staff address patient/family concerns and improve aspects of care and treatment.
"Open Forum Educational Night" sessions are open to all patients and families treated at American Family Children's Hospital. All sessions will include a light meal, a presentation, and opportunity for feedback and discussion.
