Margo Hoover-Regan, MD received a B.A. from Northwestern University, and then earned her medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria. She completed her residency at the University of Chicago Hospitals and then went on to complete fellowship training in pediatric hematology/oncology at Northwestern University Medical School/Children's Memorial Hospital in Chicago.
 
Dr. Hoover-Regan cares for children with a variety of malignancies and directs the Pediatric Bone Tumor program. She also evaluates and treats children with hematologic disorders and performs these duties both at American Family Children's Hospital and at an outreach clinic in Rockford, Illinois. Dr. Hoover-Regan provides pediatric palliative care consultation services and ongoing follow-up to children living with life-threatening conditions. She sees these patients when they are hospitalized at American Family Children's Hospital and in the Pediatric Palliative Care and Pediatric Neuromuscular Disorders clinics. Palliative care seeks to maximize the quality of life of children who have diagnoses such as cancer and a variety of other serious illnesses.
