Dr. Nichol is board certified in surgery and pediatric surgery. His specialties include pediatric general surgery, pediatric thoracic surgery, minimally invasive pediatric surgery and pediatric trauma surgery. He has particular interest in pediatric nutrition and caring for children with congenital anomalies of the intestine, and is the director of UW Health's Pediatric Short Gut/Intestinal Failure Clinic and contributes to the Nutrition Support team.
