These passes allow these visitors to park for free during their stay. The Parking Office is located on Level E and is open Monday-Friday, 7:15am-12:30am, and Saturday and Sunday, 7:15am-11:30pm. Each parking pass is valid for one week. The Parking Office can issue renewals passes if your stay is longer.

Outpatient Parking Passes

Patients with outpatient appointments receive free parking while at the American Family Children's Hospital. Simply present your parking stub/time ticket to the staff at the American Family Children's Hospital Guest Depot for validation.

The Guest Depot is open every day from 7am-9pm in the main lobby. After hours, please go to the security office for free parking validation.

Valet Service for Same-Day Appointments

To better serve patients and families, American Family Children’s Hospital offers free valet parking as an option for patient families who are bringing a child in for a same-day clinic, radiology or day treatment appointment, or for a same-day surgery procedure. Family members who will be leaving a vehicle overnight are asked to self-park in the American Family Children’s Hospital ramp as usual.

Families opting to use valet parking should drop their vehicle off with a valet attendant stationed near the hospital's large revolving door entrance. To reclaim the vehicle when leaving, families will be directed to Level B in the American Family Children’s Hospital parking ramp, where another valet attendant will return the keys and direct the customer to his or her car.
