UW Health offers services at more than 80 specialty clinics. To refer a patient for outpatient care, please use one of the following options. For URGENT referrals, please call the appropriate UW Health specialty clinic directly to schedule an appointment.

Admissions and Consultations

UW Hospital and Clinics Access Center is available to:

• Transfer patients to UW Hospital and Clinics on an inpatient or outpatient basis
• Arrange emergency transportation, including C.H.E.T.A. and Med Flight
• Obtain rapid consultations with specialty staff
