Ashley Jennings, MD, is a UW Health gynecologist and a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. She cares for patients of all ages with gynecologic (female reproductive) health concerns.
Dr. Jennings diagnoses and treats patients with benign and precancerous vulvar, vaginal, uterine, cervical and ovarian conditions. She offers clinical and operative health services, medication therapy and surgery. She specializes in treating precancerous conditions of the vulva, vagina and cervix.
As a lifelong partner to her patients, Dr. Jennings looks forward to building lasting relationships with people from all walks of life. She takes time to listen to her patient’s point of view and works with them to create plans that fit their needs. Above all, she strives to help patients get back to doing what’s most important to them.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Jennings researches new ways to increase vaccination rates for human papillomavirus (HPV) across the population.
In her free time, Dr. Jennings enjoys trying new restaurants and cuisines with her family.
My hope for each of my patients is that they leave my office happy with their outcomes and feeling like their opinions matter.
Dr. Jennings' research includes cost-effectiveness and safety of outpatient hysterectomy and patient education tools.
