About

Jessica Dalby, MD, is a family medicine doctor at UW Health and an associate professor at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health, Department of Family Medicine and Community Health. Dr. Dalby cares for patients through every stage of life, beginning at infancy. She treats a wide spectrum of medical ailments ranging from jaundice and respiratory disorders in newborns, to allergies, infections and injuries in children, to diabetes, arthritis and other conditions in adults and the elderly.

Dr. Dalby partners with patients and their families as they navigate medical challenges, including caring for neurodiverse patients (brain function differences), such as children on the autism spectrum. She helps interpret the medical science and treatment options so patients can make informed decisions.

Dr. Dalby’s expertise also includes reproductive health and sexually transmitted infections. Her research focuses on the study of sexually transmitted infections, and she regularly shares her knowledge with residents, medical students and colleagues alike. She also studies reproductive educational strategies, working with residents and medical students, and educating physicians.

In her free time, Dr. Dalby enjoys biking and swimming, especially in Lake Michigan and Lake Superior.
