Kelsey Rickels, OD

Kelsey Rickels is a UW Health optometrist. She provides general eye care to patients, helping to maintain or restore eye health and assessing for glasses or contacts. She has a special interest in urgent eye care and providing eye exams for children.  

As a care philosophy, Dr. Rickels strives to put the patient’s needs above anything else. When she’s with a patient, she focuses on what they need and listens carefully when they talk about any symptoms or concerns. 

Dr. Rickels feels that one of the best parts about working with patients is being able to connect with them on a personal level. She enjoys helping her patients with any eye problems and being able to reassure them that they are in good hands.  

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Rickels enjoys spending time with family.

My hope for each of my patients is that they feel good after leaving my office.
