About

Mandy Potter is an orthopedic physical therapist at UW Health. She treats spine conditions, including spinal pain in the neck, middle and lower back, as well as hip, knee, ankle or foot pain. Mandy provides rehabilitation after surgery for bone and joint procedures, such as hip, knee and shoulder replacement, and foot and ankle surgery.

Mandy specializes in caring for balance disorders, as well as deconditioning, which treats physical changes after extended bedrest or inactivity. She also has advanced training in managing osteoporosis.

Mandy is an avid runner, mountain biker, skier, horseback rider, gardener and yogi. She loves travel and outdoor adventures.

I’ve had chronic low back pain since suffering a back fracture as a teenager. I understand how debilitating it can be, and appreciate the power of effective rehab, pain management and hope during the recovery process.
