Mary Thompson, MD

About

Mary Thompson, MD, is a UW Health family medicine doctor at UW Health and a clinical associate professor in the Department of Family Medicine and Community Health at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health.

She treats patients from birth to old age with a variety of conditions, including diabetes, arthritis and hypertension. Her clinical interests are women’s health and pediatrics.

Her care philosophy is to make patients feel comfortable enough to share their needs, so she can work with them to improve their health.

In her free time, Dr. Thompson enjoys hiking, cross-country skiing and spending time with her family.

I enjoy getting to know the whole family and helping my patients coordinate their care.
