Programs and research

Improving care through research

Through research, we look for better ways to diagnose and treat health issues. The University of Wisconsin’s Asthma, Allergy and Pulmonary Research team is nationally known. It’s done more than 400 studies on asthma alone.

Our research efforts are ongoing. Children who participate may gain access to new medications. At the same time, they help us learn more about the best ways to help others.
