Eggs (1-2 per person)
Oil
Whole wheat pita rounds (1/2 pita round per egg)
Low-fat Feta cheese crumbles
Diced tomatoes
Prepare scrambled eggs. Just before the eggs are finished, add the diced tomatoes and cook briefly, until tomatoes are warm but not soft. Open pita "pocket." Place scrambled egg mixture in pita and top with Feta cheese.
