Silken, lite, firm Tofu
Frozen strawberries
Bananas
Ingredients
1/2 c. Silken, lite , firm Tofu
3/4 c. strawberries, sweetened, frozen with syrup
1 banana
2 ice cubes
Place all ingredients in a blender and whip until smooth.

TIP:
If too thick, add juice or milk to the mixture
