Frozen mixed vegetables
Dried minced onion
Salt
Condensed creamy celery soup
Noodles
Canned tuna or white meat chicken
Dried parsley flakes
Dried Marjoram
Lemon juice
Ingredients
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. dried minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed creamy celery soup, undiluted
2 c. cooked noodles
1 can (6 oz.) tuna or white meat chicken, drained and flaked
2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
3/4 tsp. dried marjoram
1 tsp. lemon juice
In skillet, combine vegetables, water, onion and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Stir in soup, cooked noodles, tuna or chicken, parsley and marjoram. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Stir in lemon juice.
