When we don't drink water throughout the day, we slowly dehydrate our bodies when we sweat and when we use the bathroom. Drinking water throughout the day is essential to keeping your body well hydrated. Water also helps with maintaining a healthy weight because it contains no calories and can help manage hunger.

While 100 percent juice can be a source of vitamins that your body needs, it also has extra sugars that your body does not need. Limit your sugar and calorie consumption from juice, soda and coffee-style drinks. Instead, go for water: it’s cheaper, saves calories and it’s better for you.
