Whole wheat pastry flour
Baking soda
Salt
Cinnamon
Splenda
Brown sugar
Margarine
Vanilla
Cannelloni beans
Egg substitute
Applesauce
Mini chocolate chips
Ingredients
4 c. whole wheat pastry flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. Splenda
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. light margarine
2 tsp. vanilla
15 oz. can Cannelloni beans, drained and rinsed
1 c. egg substitute
1/2 c. applesauce
1 1/2 c. mini chocolate chips
Mix together the flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the sugars, vanilla and margarine.

Puree the beans in a separate bowl. Mix in the egg substitute and the applesauce. then add this mixture to the brown sugar mixture.

Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Mix in the chocolate chips.

Drop by rounded tablespoonful onto cookie sheets coated with cooking spray. Bake in a 375 oven for about 10 minutes or until lightly browned.

This is an unusually high fiber recipe for cookies. Don’t tell the kids what’s in them until after they decide whether they like them!
