Place ingredients (see options below) between desired bread and cook on a Foreman-type grill or panini press until cheese melts.
 
Italian Pesto Panini
  • Suggested bread: Ciabatta roll or sliced Vienna
  • 2-3 ounces ham or prosciutto + 1 ounce mozzarella + 1 tomato slice + 1 Tbsp. basil pesto
California Panini
  • Suggested bread: Whole grain
  • 2-3 ounces leftover chicken, warmed in microwave + 1 ounce Jack cheese + avocado slices + mayo/mustard to taste
Tunini
  • Suggested bread: Whole grain sandwich thins
  • ¼ cup chunk tuna+ 1 ounce Jack cheese + avocado slices + mayo/mustard to taste
Turkey
  • Suggested bread: Whole grain
  • 2 ounces leftover turkey or deli turkey + 1 ounce Jack cheese + spinach leaves + 2 Tbsp. cranberry sauce or 2 tsp. cranberry mustard
