1 lb. Ground turkey or lean ground beef
Sloppy Joe mix

Ingredients
1 lb. ground turkey or lean ground round
1 can Sloppy Joe mix (Manwich)
1 pkg. buns
Break up turkey or beef in a skillet over med-high heat. Cook until meat is no longer pink, breaking up pieces continuously. Drain the fat off.

Add 1 can of Sloppy Joe mix and stir well.

Simmer 2-3 minutes. Serve on buns.

TIP: Top off your sandwich with fresh veggies, such as peppers, red onion, cucumbers, zucchini, tomato, mushrooms, leaf lettuce or shredded carrots.

Use a whole grain bread or roll for higher fiber.
