Sweet Maple, Fruit and Nut Salad

1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Pears, sliced
4 cups Baby spinach
¼ cup Pecans
- Toast pecans in warm skillet until slightly brown.
- Whisk together maple syrup and olive oil. Toss pears in dressing until coated. Sauté pears in skillet over medium-heat until fork tender.
- Serve 1 cup fresh spinach topped with ½ cup of cooked pears and a 1 tablespoon of pecans.
