Veggie Bowls

1 green, yellow, or red pepper (washed)
1 bunch of celery (washed)
1 carrot, peeled
Your favorite salad dressing 
Cut the pepper in half and clean out seeds. One half will be your pepper-shaped bowl. Cut the other half into skinny slices. Cut the carrot and celery into skinny slices, about 4 inches long. Put a little salad dressing in the bottom of the pepper bowl, and add your cut vegetables to the bowl.  Veggie Bowls is a Fun and Healthy Recipe for Kids for the UW Health Pediatric Fitness Clinic
 
You now have a portable veggie snack, and you can eat the bowl when you're finished!
