Waffle Breakfast Sandwich
2 frozen waffles, try whole grain variety
1 Tbsp. peanut butter, almond butter, sunflower butter or soy-nut butter
Seasonal sliced fruit – banana or strawberries
1-2 tsp. jam or honey, to taste
Makes one serving
- Toast waffles.
- Spread 1 waffle with peanut butter and top with fruit.
- Spread the other waffle with the jam or drizzle with honey and place jam side down over the other.
