1 cup water
¼ cup honey
2 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
2 cups strawberries, hulled
Makes four servings
- Warm water and honey in the microwave. Heat 30 seconds, then stir, heating again if necessary to dissolve honey. Set aside to cool.
- Place the watermelon and strawberries in a blender. Add honey mixture. Blend until smooth.
- Transfer mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish. Freeze 1 hour, until slightly firm around the edges. Stir and return to freezer until firm, about 2 hours.
- To serve, transfer mixture to a blender and process until smooth.
